1.“Lift type” Top Plug Sealing Valve is the valve that can break any material dirt or things by lifting the disc into the container or reactor when the valve is open.
2.By the same principle of top sealing, the lifted disc has proved that it can the reach zero leakage itself. So the valve can adopt the system such as full vacuum or high pressure (up to 5000PSI).
3.When the valve is closed, the flexible sealing ring on the disc(placed in the plunger head) get a force from the extrusion ring, the force make the sealing ring expand along the circle, then form a wide sealing face between the body and disc. The metal seat can be designed as dismountable and renewable type
4.When the valve is open, the disc will rise into the container, allowing the fluid to go round the disc, then drain along the stem downwards.
5.Flexible design and manufacture will allow doing the dimension changes in each detail in order to replace those lift valves that are used now or have been abandoned |
